- ALL international orders are shipped with UPS!
- All will be provided with a tracking number so thee progress of their package can be monitored through transit.
- All packages are insured for your security.

RETURN POLICIES

- We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, only exchange or credit.
- Returns must be made within 15 DAYS of receipt of the product.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees (unless product is defective, or a shipping error occurred).
- Returns must be accompanied by original receipt & packaging.
- Return requests must be made to the customer service department, and you will be provided with a Return Authorization Number (RA#), to be indicated on the package.
- Return Authorization Numbers are valid for 15 days, returns must be made within that time or no credit will be provided.
- Returns sent without an RA# will be refused.
- Only products that are unused and unwashed will be accepted.
- If you would like to exchange a garment for another size, a request may be made for the same product (if the size requested is no longer a available, a credit will be provided).
- Each request will be evaluated by our customer service team.
- Clearance, Sale and Special Order items are FINAL SALE

FOOTWEAR RETURN POLICY

- Returns/Exchanges of Footwear will be accepted within 15 DAYS of receipt.
- Footwear must be returned in the original box.
- Exchange or Credit will not be granted for goods returned with obvious wear or with damaged packaging.
- DO NOT use the shoe box as the shipping container. Any returns sent in this manner will be refused.

PLEASE NOTE

- For a short period of time, shoe boxes may arrive slightly damaged or have writing on them.
Our initial footwear inventory is coming from our store's warehouse.

SWIMWEAR POLICY
Perigny does not accept returns on swimsuits.

UNDERGARMENT POLICY
